How long do I have to wait for my order?

It takes us five days to prepare and dispatch your order. For pre-orders it can take up to three months until the product is available and ready to be shipped. Within the EU shipping itself can then take up to seven additional business days. If you’re based in the US shipping takes about a month.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately the administrative barriers to serve customers worldwide are enormous. Therefore we can only accept orders from the US and selected countries within the EU. To make our products available internationally we partner up with larger magic dealers such as Vorst & Bosch and hopefully soon Vanishing INC.

How much is the shipping fee for my country?

The exact pricing depends on your location and the weight of your parcel. In some regions we also offer multiple packaging options with different rates as to make shipping more eco-friendly. The exact delivery charges for your order are specified during checkout.

What is your return policy? 

If you are unsatisfied with one of our physical items, you can send it back within the next 14 days no questions asked. After the items has returned, you will receive a full refund of your payment. Mind this is not possible for any digital or customised products.
